Consultants serve as subject‑matter experts in the implementation and upgrade of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS). They define client requirements, configure and tune the solution, train clients, test workflows, and resolve issues before go‑live. Consultants demonstrate a basic understanding of the entire CRIMS offering and proficiency in investment solutions or technology.

What You Will Be Responsible For- Serve as subject‑matter expert for CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
- Analyze and evaluate requirements, providing product expertise and guidance throughout the project.
- Ensure the solution meets client business needs and that the client is prepared to assume ownership after go‑live.
- Assist other professional services team members and develop/share best practices.
- Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and advise on best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate client requirements to identify enhancements and document product improvements.
- Contribute to software quality by communicating defects to Technical Support and Product Management and validating fixes.
- Identify errors and suggest corrections to documentation.
- Experience supporting or implementing investment‑management solutions within a bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or wealth‑management firm.
- Experience with order‑management and compliance solutions is valuable.
- Basic knowledge of fixed‑income or equity instruments; knowledge of derivatives and FX is a plus.
- Basic SQL and relational‑database knowledge; familiarity with FIX or Crystal Reports is a plus.
- A client‑service orientation, team collaboration, and strong verbal/written communication.
- Problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to travel 25–50% within the U.S. and Canada, with remote work capability.
Preferred Qualifications
Four‑year degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or computer science. An advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA) is a strong plus. 2–3+ years of relevant experience.

Salary Range$70,000 – $118,750 annual. The range depends on the primary location specified.
