RoleWe are seeking an experienced Director passionate about financial modelling, driven by growth, to lead, develop, and inspire a team of modelling professionals.
Responsibilities- Lead growth and development of the financial modelling team (in‑country).
- Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
- Provide strategic guidance into structuring and developing models.
- Discuss commercial issues with clients and ensure they are accurately reflected in the model.
- Lead development and enhancement of financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Plan resources across the team.
- Develop and inspire a market‑leading team.
- Instil a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
- Lead growth of the financial modelling practice (in country).
- Lead business development and growth ambitions of a key sector.
- Lead development of client pitches.

- Respected leader within the financial modelling sector.
- In‑depth understanding of Project Finance, Corporate Finance, or Financial Planning concepts.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognized advisory practice or large corporate setting.
- Understanding of accounting concepts; accounting qualification beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building and operating financial models using Excel.
- Degree in a numerate discipline; postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
- Experience with FAST financial modelling standard desirable.
