• Lead the growth and development of the project finance team in the designated country.
• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions.
• Review and interpret commercial documentation, ensuring it is accurately reflected in the financial model.
• Develop and enhance financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Plan resources across the team.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a financial advisory or financial modelling role within a recognised advisory practice.
• In‑depth understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
• Recent hands‑on experience in financial modelling for Project Finance transactions.
• Degree qualified in a numerate discipline; a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is beneficial.
• Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard is desirable.
