A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage area director / mortgage sales manager to supervise an existing team of home-based mortgage brokers and recruit up to additional 20 brokers to join your team.

This is a rare and outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage sales manager to join one of the UK’s largest and best-known mortgage broker firms. You will supervise an existing team of home‑based, self‑employed mortgage brokers and recruit up to 20 additional brokers.

You will supervise a small team of fully CeMAP-qualified self‑employed brokers, ensuring regulated mortgage and protection advice is offered.

The current team of brokers are experienced and possess their own client banks and introducers; you will provide support to help them reach their full potential.

A key part of the role is recruiting additional home‑based mortgage brokers, as you will receive financial bonuses on all business the team banks.

You will maintain FCA standards, identify development areas and implement initiatives to improve performance.

Applications will only be considered from experienced sales managers in the financial services industry with a proven track record of recruiting, motivating and leading high‑performing mortgage broker teams.

Recruitment is key – the ability to recruit high‑calibre mortgage brokers in high numbers is essential to reach a headcount of 30 brokers.
