- Provide accounting expertise and guidance to leaders and business lines regarding policy changes
- Direct capital reporting teams and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Research and analyze new products and best practices within the accounting function
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related fields within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
- Strong understanding of advanced accounting practices, including US GAAP/IFRS
- Proven project management skills and ability to lead teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
- Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
- Experience in Microsoft Office products
