- Pay Range – $124,000 - $175,000 (Targeting $155 - $160k)

We are seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to join our Finance team. This individual will be responsible for Syncro’s Planning Process, Operating Model, Financial and KPI reporting, and partnering with functional leaders on expense and headcount management, and supporting strategic initiatives with data analyses. The ideal candidate has worked in a high pace, dynamic SaaS company and possesses deep analytical and superior modeling and spreadsheet skills.
This role is fully remote and reports to the VP of Finance and Corporate Development.
- End‑to‑End Planning Process – Lead the and execution of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring seamless integration between actuals and projections
- Operating Model – Own and evolve the comprehensive driver‑based operating model, ensuring it accurately reflects business logic and scales with company growth
- FP&A Automation/Tools – Primary administrator of HiBob planning tool (formerly Mosaic), driving automation and integration to minimize manual data manipulation
- Business Partnering – Act as financial advisor to department heads, providing qualitative and quantitative analysis behind actuals vs. budget variances
- Financial Reporting – Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and KPI dashboards to support decision‑making processes (leadership, board, PE firm, compliance reporting etc.)
- Data Integrity and Cross‑Functional Audit – Collaborate closely with Data Engineering/Analytics to maintain a single source of truth for financial and non‑financial KPI’s
- Various / Ad‑hoc Analysis – Conduct analysis as needed/prioritized that influence long‑term strategic outcomes (gross margin drivers, price elasticity, headcount/ investment ROI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5‑10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance (ideally with high‑growth SaaS experience); familiarity with the software industry required
- Expert in Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets); comfortable managing large datasets and driver‑based models
- Familiarity with accounting systems, planning tools and BI tools (e.g., Netsuite, Mosaic, Power
