• Serve as personal coach to military families, developing evolving financial plans that meet short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Help families manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.
• Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, with support from the local district team and Home Office.
• Partner directly with local military organizations, units, and supporting institutions.
• Coach on comprehensive financial planning, including:
  • Savings/banking
  • Investments/wealth management
  • Insurance/risk management

• Specialized licensing and comprehensive training designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
• Sponsorship for full registration and licensing as a Financial Advisor using our tools and resources.
• Preparation and testing for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
• After licensing, opportunity to join a paid training program with a local district office.
• Initial 3‑month hourly wage (minimum wage in the state of employment), transitioning to a salaried position with progressive incentives during the remaining nine‑month paid training period.

• Upon conclusion of the paid trainee program, possibility to become an independent contractor Financial Advisor with First Command, allowing control over career trajectory and compensation based on results.
• No cap on earning potential – compensation reflects effort, based on competitive commissions, residual income, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
