• Analyze, prepare, and process accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial data
• Compile, interpret, and communicate financial results for regulatory and management reporting
• Develop collaborative relationships across various divisions to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Act as liaison between external auditors and internal finance teams during annual audits
• Research and implement new accounting guidance related to U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and Statutory Accounting Principles

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in financial preparation and interpretation
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across organizations
• Proven business partnering skills and effective communication at various levels
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous situations

• Professional licensure or certification such as CPA, CMA, or MBA
• Experience utilizing new technologies to streamline or automate processes
