Senior Financial Analyst Lead

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and management of financial risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with program teams to establish budgets and maintain Earned Value Management (EAC)
• Provide recommendations to leadership for business decisions and process improvements
• Lead pricing and cost volume efforts for proposals while building internal and external relationships
• Drive enhancements in reporting processes and systems for improved KPI reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and 8+ years of experience OR a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in financial planning, analysis, and general accounting functions
• Ability to extract data from multiple sources and summarize financial positions
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to analyze complex issues independently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in remote teams

• Knowledge of financial systems such as Costpoint, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Cognos, Power BI, and Service Now
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in formulas, v‑lookups, and macros
