The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is a collaborative support position for financial advisors. BOAs provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors and help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. We serve more than nine million clients, and BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, bringing diverse experiences and viewpoints to help achieve results.

- Participate in the annual business planning process to support strategy development for the upcoming year

- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal teams.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account openings, transfers, and other requests as directed by the financial advisor. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Manage scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, marketing support, and streamline processes including updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan.
- Technology: Proficient computer literacy with willingness to learn Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
