Your future role on our team
You’ll be supervised by the chief accountant and willperform a range of tasks for our Finance and Accounting department. Your responsibilities will include month-end processes, various monthly and quarterly analyses, budget variance reviews and other related duties.

Prepare monthly analyses of consolidated financial results and management metrics (, billable hours, utilization rates, FTE, average rates) to explain variances and budget gapsSupport the Accounting team in reviewing revenue and work in progress for engineering projectsPrepare monthly presentations for senior management and quarterly presentations for boards and shareholdersPrepare income statements for offices and business units and help them track their financial performance metricsAssist Shared Services in budget monitoringManage the annual budgeting process and update the financial projection model (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow) for a three-year projectionDesign and develop financial models and analysis tools for special projects and provide well-founded recommendationsParticipate in financial analyses for business acquisitionsDo your qualities and values match our corporate culture?

From 5 to 10 years of professional experience in financial management for a services firmUndergraduate degree in business administration, accounting or financeAdvanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients located in English-speaking Canadian provinces and abroad; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projectsAdvanced French skills to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients outside QuébecProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced ExcelAsset: experience in a services firmAsset: professional designation (CPA)Asset: experience with an enterprise resource planning platform (Maconomy) and Power BIAn overview of BBA’s total rewards
