Our client is looking for a meticulous and experienced Finance Administrator - Accountant to join their fully remote team. The company is a distinguished financial services firm that has experienced significant international growth and garnered industry recognition for its innovative approach in recent years.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing their core accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the company's fiscal health. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, remote setting.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily reconciliation of cash flows and financial transactions.
  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain and update internal financial records and ledgers with precision.
  • Generate invoices and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding payments through B2B communication with partners.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly financial reports to the external accountants.
  • Address and manage notifications and correspondence related to tax matters.
  • Assist in the development of profit and loss forecasting and contribute to budgeting processes.
Requirements

Demonstrable professional background in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Strong proficiency with mainstream accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Working knowledge of international financial reporting standards.

Exceptional organizational abilities and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Capacity to work autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications

Prior experience within the financial services industry is highly advantageous.

A solid grasp of financial regulations and compliance requirements is a strong plus.
