Senior Workday Financials Analyst

• Prioritize and implement technical solutions in Workday Financials to meet business needs
• Manage the implementation of new features and enhancements in Workday Financials
• Own business process enhancements to support optimal user experience
• Develop and maintain reporting and data solutions within Workday Financials and supplemental tools
• Lead roadmap development and provide status reports to leadership

• At least five to eight years working in finance operations, with a minimum of three years in Workday Financials
• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning certification is a plus
• Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Procurement, and Expense modules within Workday Financials
• Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to evolving requirements in an Agile‑adjacent environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in Workday Worksheets and Discovery Boards, with knowledge of Tableau and/or PowerBI
• Enthusiasm for data and experience in harnessing large data sets for business decisions
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and maintain a team‑first mentality
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times a year for College Board business
