Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate with a growing team, you will learn the Registered Investment Advisor industry from the ground up and have multiple career paths to choose from.

This position is located on the edge of downtown Bellevue. We have a hybrid work environment, 7:00am - 4:00pm, in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with the ability to work from home Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers, including managing client information and handling all cashiering and money movement requests
  • Scheduling and organizing client meetings and proactively preparing meeting materials in advance
  • Coordinating the new client onboarding process:
    • Opening brokerage accounts, establishing cashiering needs, setting up online reporting access
    • Updating cost basis, tracking required minimum distributions, reconciling account information
    • Sending and receiving documents to clients, their advisors, and investment custodians
  • Entering and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM system
Experience and Skills
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience and the desire to provide superior client service in a team‑oriented environment (experience working in finance is a plus)
  • Interest in building a career in the wealth management industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio accounting (or similar systems) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistently
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent reliability
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred due to future career path requirements

In terms of pay expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Base pay typically starts between $60k - $70k plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
