Provider Compensation Analyst - Remote

• Write, modify, and execute various databases and reports for production and regulatory purposes
• Identify cost control and management issues, recommending actions for resolution
• Reconcile provider compensation to contractual terms
• Consult with management to determine information requirements and produce project specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in finance or accounting

• Experience in an integrated health system medical group, particularly in Provider Compensation
• Experience working with Cerner and HPP electronic medical and billing systems
• Experience in healthcare financial forecasting and analysis
• Experience working with large databases, data extraction, and analysis
• Experience with various data management tools
