Retirement Planner - Phoenix, AZ

Job Description

Join Fidelity Investments as a Retirement Planner in Phoenix, AZ. This is a Remote position that requires you to currently live within 90 miles of the Greater Phoenix area.

Salary: $40,000 – $80,000 per year.

• Onboard new participants into workplace retirement plans by providing education on company match, savings and investment strategy.
• Support consolidation inquiries by proactively discussing prior workplace plans and outside investments.
• Engage Tax Exempt Market retirement plan participants in needs‑based analysis to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage tools and guidance to assist customers with retirement readiness.
• Apply consultative selling skills to identify suitable solutions, acquire, retain and develop assets.
• Articulate Fidelity Viewpoints and provide general education to clients.
• Identify opportunities for complex guidance and partner with other Retirement Planner associates as needed.

• Series 7 & Series 63 licenses required;
  Series 66 preferred.
• Series 66 required within 90 days of hire.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role (phone‑center experience preferred).
• Knowledge of tax‑exempt retirement products and services highly desirable.
• Strong customer results orientation.

• Comprehensive understanding of current market, economy, and economic trends.
• Robust consultative, influencing and communication skills.
• Proactive capability and initiative.
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Receptive to feedback and willingness to adapt to change.

Series 07 – FINRA, Series 63 – FINRA, Series 66 – FINRA (required within 90 days of hire).
