Under the general supervision of the Financial Accountant II, the incumbent independently performs analysis on the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund (PERF) over payment accounts receivables and payable financial records. Performs monthly reconciliations for various other general ledger accounts, analyzes and evaluates monthly balances and provides explanations of account fluctuations, researches inaccuracies and resolves reconciling items, validates receivables in both myCalPERS and People Soft financial systems, prepares manual claim schedules, and posts journal entries in People Soft and participant notes in myCalPERS.
Telework Information:
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite per week.

Effective July 1 2025, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) will reduce pay by 3 % in exchange for 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly. Salary ranges advertised do not reflect this reduction.
