• Manage and monitor large projects or accounting processes within the regulatory reporting function
• Provide guidance and interpretation of policy changes to leaders and business lines
• Direct and guide capital reporting teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new regulatory reporting requirements
• Improve existing processes and practices within the Regulatory Reporting department

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Advanced knowledge of accounting practices, US GAAP/IFRS, and regulatory reporting standards
• Strong understanding of bank accounting and financial controls
• Proven project management skills and ability to interact with senior-level management

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Certification as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
• Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
