Position OverviewOur Transfer Pricing practice offers comprehensive, world‑class consulting services to companies in all industries. We support every phase of the intragroup transaction cycle, including planning, documentation, tax valuation, audit defense, litigation support, and expert testimony.
Responsibilities- Perform economic analyses of transactions, markets, and industries;
- Work in Excel to build models, develop financial projections, and conduct statistical analysis;
- Perform benchmarking analysis and synthesize financial statements;
- Conduct research while analyzing client materials to understand transaction terms and impacts;
- Review and summarize analyst reports, client documents, and industry trade press;
- Design and conduct searches for relevant market data in industry and financial databases;
- Assist in the writing of documentation studies, memos, expert reports, and presentation of findings;
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of analyses;
- Interact with clients during the project; and
- Assist with practice development activities (training, recruiting, knowledge management).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline;
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial/economic analysis (recent graduates and fresh hires are welcomed);
- Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting, and economic methodologies;
- Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills, including strong Excel;
- Curious, analytical thinkers who bring creative approaches to non‑standard problems;
- Effective written and oral communication skills;
- Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities;
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.

CRA requires 3–4 days per week in the office (including travel to other CRA or client locations). At certain times of the year, additional remote work options are offered for those whose commitments permit it, while the office remains open for those who need or choose to be there.

The state of California requires CRA to include a good‑faith estimate of the wage range for this role. The base wage range is $87,000 – $95,000; actual total compensation may also include benefits and bonus.
