MRICS​/FRICS Auditor Secured lending valuation auditing

MRICS / FRICS Auditor (3 days per week) - Secured lending valuation auditing, comprising of commercial, residential and HMO valuation work. London market, fully remote working, can be based from any location. If your experience is commercial only, our client will still consider this as a potential option.

Our client is a long-established specialist independent Valuation firm mainly carrying out secured lending work for loan security purposes.

They are looking for a consultant or part time PAYE (2 or 3 days per week), who is able to assist with their audit work. Average number of reports monthly between 15 - 35.

Open to discussion on contract / financial agreements dependent on experience but will need to be commercially viable as they have an outsource model currently which is working but would prefer to bring the auditing in house.

Remote working, can be based anywhere as long as you have recent London market valuation experience. If you're in London, they're happy for you to use the office as required.

• Minimum of 7 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
• Proven track record of handling high-volume and high-value property valuations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to engage in social activities and networking events.
