Role Responsibilities- Review and assess AI-generated outputs related to AML compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Evaluate consistency across KYC, transaction data, and regulatory standards.
- Provide structured feedback on AI performance in identifying and articulating suspicious activity.
- Support the creation of workflows that mirror real-world compliance review and escalation processes.
- Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model interpretation of regulatory risk indicators.
- 3+ years of experience in AML, financial compliance, or regulatory risk management.
- Strong familiarity with SAR processes, typology frameworks, and internal controls.
- Experience interpreting transaction patterns and customer profiles in compliance settings.
- Professional certification (e.g., CAMS) or relevant financial compliance background.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured compliance documentation.
