- Monitor and complete all activities related to claim filing in compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure timely processing of mortgage accounts and adherence to quality assurance metrics
- Interact with various parties including attorneys, investors, and insurers to complete claim activities
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to minimize risk exposure
- Diligently follow up on outstanding requests and monitor vendor performance throughout the default process
- Minimum of 4+ years of Default Liquidation Claim Experience
- Experience with GSE and Government Claims
- Familiarity with title submissions and requirements
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict guidelines
- Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff
- Experience with ICE technology: MSP and Loan Sphere Claims
- Proficiency in advanced computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and exemplary customer service
