Sr Default Loan Servicing Specialist; Remote

• Monitor and complete all activities related to claim filing in accordance with compliance and company guidelines
• Interact with various parties such as attorneys, investors, and insurers to ensure claims are processed correctly
• Ensure quality assurance metrics are met while managing claims timelines and workflow processes
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to minimize risk exposure
• Follow up on outstanding requests and monitor vendor performance throughout the default process

• Minimum of 4 years of Default Liquidation Claim experience
• Experience with GSE and Government claims
• Proficiency in title submissions and requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to strict guidelines and procedures
• Excellent oral communication skills and ability to lead and motivate staff

• Experience with ICE technology: MSP and Loan Sphere Claims
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience in coaching and leading teams effectively
