Position OverviewGrants Financial Analyst – fully remote, temporary role supporting a collaborative grants team during a planned leave, coverage anticipated from mid-February through the summer.

- Manage post-award financial administration for a portfolio of research grants
- Set up grant accounts and budgets, including effort allocations and salary cap considerations
- Develop PI-level forecasts, financial summaries, and variance analyses
- Review and approve financial transactions, including personnel actions and requisitions
- Prepare and submit required financial reports and deliverables (e.g., RPPRs, FFRs, cost reimbursement invoices, journal entries)
- Review monthly financial reports for compliance and audit readiness and support virtual forecast review meetings
- Demonstrated experience in post-award grants accounting and financial management
- Strong working knowledge of federal grants compliance, including Uniform Guidance (CFR 200)
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize deadlines, and ramp up quickly in a new environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and time management skills
- Clear, professional communication skills when working with PIs and internal partners
Temporary role offering up to $33/hour
