The Position Remote Credit Analyst

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Remote Credit Analyst role. The selected candidate will ensure the loan process aligns with bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, financial statements, entity documents, titles, and liens. The analyst will input financial data, create financial spreads, and analyze risks and creditworthiness of commercial businesses, agricultural operations, and individuals.

(Must reside in Colorado)

The position offers a salary up to $70K plus bonuses and an excellent benefits package. (This is a remote position).

Credit Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Review and analyze new credit requests, credit change requests, renewals, and annual reviews. Recommend risk rating changes when appropriate.
  • Perform ratio, trend, and cash flow analysis.
  • Assess creditworthiness by evaluating customer credit data and financial statements.
  • Create projections and business valuations for specialized lending programs.
  • Research industry-specific data for ratio analysis and industry risk assessment.
  • Provide recommendations based on credit risk analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to lenders and management, especially regarding repayment ability.
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers on loan structure and credit enhancements.
