Description
Citizens is seeking exceptional talent to join one of our sophisticated, high‑end Private Wealth teams based in San Francisco. This team is renowned for delivering personalized, world‑class service to an exclusive clientele, and we are looking for added support to help us continue exceeding expectations.
Primary responsibilities include- Client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth/ultra HNW clients.
- Client communication and education, which includes the communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance reports
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients and anticipating needs
- Coordinate client meetings
- Process client transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Finance to resolve client issues and enhance client satisfaction
- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar
- Previous client service and administrative experience within Wealth Management
- 3+ Years of relevant industry experience
- Strong intrapersonal skills
- Series 7, 66 licensed (or 63/65) Required
- Skilled in building trust and managing relationships in fast‑paced, high‑touch environments.
- Hours per Week: 40, plus opportunity to earn overtime
- Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday - Incumbent required in office 4 days/week with ability to work from home 1 day per week
The salary range for this position is $41.69- $52.88 hourly, plus an opportunity to earn discretionary incentives under the wealth manager compensation plan. Role is overtime eligible. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
