- Provide guidance and communicate policy changes to leaders and business lines
- Direct and guide capital reporting teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to facilitate timely implementation of new regulatory reporting requirements
- Coach and delegate work to junior professionals as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
- Advanced knowledge of accounting practices and regulatory reporting standards (US GAAP/IFRS)
- Strong understanding of bank accounting principles
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
- Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
- Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
