• Monitor and complete claim filing activities in accordance with statutory and regulatory compliance
• Interact with attorneys, investors, and insurers to facilitate the claims process
• Ensure quality assurance metrics are met while adhering to company guidelines
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to minimize risk exposure
• Follow up on outstanding requests and monitor vendor performance throughout the default process

• Minimum of 4 years of Default Liquidation Claim experience
• Experience with GSE and Government claims
• Familiarity with title submissions and requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict guidelines and procedures
• Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure

• Experience with ICE technology: MSP and Loan Sphere Claims
• Proficiency in advanced computer software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to coach, motivate, and lead staff effectively
