Work Schedule
Hybrid work schedule – 3 days required in office and 2 days optional work from home. During onboarding and training 5 days in office required, typically 1‑2 months.
Growth Opportunities
Path to Sr. Tax Manager and Partner available. Direct coaching from Firm Partners.
Daily Responsibilities
• Assist with tax planning and compliance
• Direct client interaction to manage tax engagements
• Training of team members
• Working with Firm Partners
Required Skills
• Public accounting experience, at least 5 years
• Enrolled Agent or CPA certification
• Strong understanding of tax planning and compliance
• Experience with tax strategy development and projections
• Income Tax Preparation
• Partnership Taxation
• Tax Research
