- Monitor and complete all activities related to claim filing in compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure required milestones are met for servicing mortgage accounts and claims
- Interact with various parties such as attorneys and insurers to facilitate claim filing
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to minimize risk exposure
- Monitor vendor performance and follow up on outstanding requests from partners
- Minimum of 4+ years of Default Liquidation Claim Experience
- Experience with GSE and Government Claims
- Familiarity with title submissions and requirements
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict guidelines
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with ICE technology: MSP and Loan Sphere Claims
- Proficiency in advanced computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
