- Provide guidance and communication on accounting policy and procedural changes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve existing reporting processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new regulatory reporting requirements
- Coach and delegate work to junior professionals as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
- Advanced knowledge of accounting practices, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
- Strong understanding of bank accounting principles
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
- Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
- Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
