Senior Financial Analyst – CFS

Location: Dania Beach, FL

Schedule: Hybrid – Monday‑Thursday In Office, Friday Work from Home

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 + bonus

Base pay range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for strategic planning and M&A support
• Lead components of the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and scenario planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis of trends, variances, and KPIs to support strategic decisions
• Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting and analytical efficiency
• Support board materials, investor communications, and strategic planning documents
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, commercial teams, business development, and treasury

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with M&A analysis, valuation methodologies, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and ERP systems
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to executive audiences
• Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
