• Receive full training in personal finance, protection planning, and client communication
• Meet with families via Zoom to educate and guide them through financial options
• Work with warm leads from digital marketing and referrals
• Attend weekly virtual trainings and mentorship sessions
• leadership, communication, financial literacy, professionalism, and service

• Individuals 18+ with a valid SSN or ITIN
• Able to pass a background check
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented
• High integrity — people always come before profit
• Students, athletes, leaders, or competitive personalities encouraged

• Performance-based 1099 income
