Join our team as an Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer at Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190). This is a remote position that requires a relentless work ethic and a passion for coaching and leading new loan officers.

We are looking for someone who literally breathes mortgages and can drive results in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Structure loan applications and provide guidance to newer team members.
Support and coach new loan officers, focusing on file structuring and best practices.
Manage the pipeline, secure leads, and build strong relationships with prospects.
Train and develop new hires to meet company standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership to grow the business.

Qualifications

Experience with private mortgage loans and a consumer direct lending background.
Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac products.
Proficiency with DU/LP systems (or the ability to learn quickly).
Proven leadership and team‑building skills.
Willingness to work 12–15 hours a day in a high‑energy environment.
