Recruitment Pro are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Finance Administrator to support a busy finance team for an initial 2–3 month period, starting immediately.

The role has been created to assist the finance team during the transition to a new finance software system. By taking ownership of routine, day-to-day admin tasks, you will free the accounts team to focus on system migration, training, and setup.

This is a fully remote role, and the successful candidate must have their own computer / laptop and phone.

• Support the finance team with Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger administration
• Carry out daily, repetitive finance and accounts admin tasks
• Process and update financial data accurately
• Assist with general accounts administration as required
• Communicate with the team via email and Microsoft Teams

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance admin role (basic accounts knowledge required)
• Strong computer and administrative skills
