• Achieve agreed business targets in line with the annual plan
• Manage and convert opportunities referred from the company's network
• Clearly explain lending solutions and services to clients
• Ensure all documentation is issued accurately and compliantly
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the process
• Participate in regular performance and results meetings

• Fully CeMAP qualified
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Ideally holding a small client bank, supported by provided leads

• Employed or self‑employed options
