Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Shareholder Disclosures Analyst based in Belfast or India, with the flexibility to work from home. The role involves monitoring shareholder disclosure requirements, preparing reports, and conducting regulatory research. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations in multiple jurisdictions, maintain client data, and analyze regulatory updates. Collaboration with clients and internal teams to address queries and stay current with compliance obligations is central to this position.
You’ll play a key part in the continued growth of the Galaxy platform as we continue to scale across the globe.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience (5 years plus) in shareholder disclosures / disclosures of interest.
- Strong analytical and research skills for monitoring and interpreting shareholder disclosure regulations across jurisdictions.
- Competency in preparing reports and documentation to a high standard, with attention to detail.
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or financial regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and teamwork.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work model.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with compliance technology platforms is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field is desirable.
