Manager of FP&A Hybrid

Finance Manager | Hybrid | $130K–$135K + Bonus | Las Colinas, Irving, TX

We’re seeking a Finance Manager to join a private, industry-leading organization headquartered in the Las Colinas business district. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days WFH—flexible scheduling) with a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development.

• Impact & Visibility: Support $300M+ in recurring revenue, own full FP&A for corporate IT and Data & Digital business units, and present directly to leadership.
• Growth & Tenure: The hiring manager started as a financial analyst and is now Director of Finance—people stay and grow here.
• Build & Innovate: Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and implement AI-driven automation and new management reporting with top consulting partners.

• Partner with business leads on annual planning, quarterly forecasting, long-term planning, and allocation processes (revenue, expense, and headcount)
• Prepare and present monthly financial reviews and variance analysis to leadership
• Support complex IT contracts, headcount management, and new automation initiatives
• Collaborate with business partners and drive process improvements across FP&A
• Handle Capex/OpEx forecasting, cash prepaids, and process improvement projects

• Strong understanding of capital impacts on P&L and corporate finance
• Experience with cash prepaids, Capex/OpEx forecasting, and process improvement
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling;
  Workday/Adaptive Planning a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance
