Business Analyst; Funding Operations

• Process and reconcile cash accounts, funding sources, and wire transactions with accuracy
• Monitor payment requests and validate transfers to support daily operations
• Track and reconcile aged advances and funding account wires
• Generate reports and provide variance analyses on treasury and lending data
• Document and refine business processes, procedures, and reporting standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in treasury operations, funding, financial analysis, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with finance operations or loan‑funding platforms
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Prior exposure to finance operations, warehouse lending processes, or mortgage finance workflows
• Initiative to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ability to influence and negotiate consensus from teams and management
