• They are the personal coach to military families, focusing on a constantly evolving financial plan that meets short‑term and long‑term goals.
• They help military families manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.
• They engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command with support from local district teams and the Home Office.
• They partner with local military organizations, military units, and other institutions to serve the community.
• They coach families on building a comprehensive financial plan that includes:
• Savings/banking
• Investments/wealth management
• Insurance/risk management

• Specialized licensing and comprehensive training program designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
• Leadership sponsorship for registration and licensing as a Financial Advisor, including SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
• After licensing, opportunity to join a paid training program with a local district office.
• Initial 3‑month paid training with an hourly wage (minimum wage) and transition to salaried position with progressive incentives for a 9‑month period.
• Career development through leadership programs, classroom training, and annual workshops.
