About the Role
:
The Finance Staff plays a key role in keeping our operations running seamlessly, managing daily activities, assisting month‑end tasks, and supporting financial reporting with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and impact.

• Perform accounting and financial reporting for the property with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and safeguard the hotel’s assets and resources.
• Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments and the home office.

• Working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Service passion for luxury hospitality.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Good communication skills—able to work with other departments.
• Time‑management ability to meet deadlines, especially during closing periods.
