• Personal coach to military families focusing on evolving financial plans.
• Help manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.
• Engage with the community to bring new clients with support from local district team and Home Office.
• Partner with local military organizations, military units, and other institutions to serve the community.
• Coach military on building comprehensive financial plans that include savings/banking, investments/wealth management, and insurance/risk management.

• Specialized licensing and comprehensive training program for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
• Full registration and licensing sponsorship and prep for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
• Paid training program with local district office after licensing.
• Compensation structure: hourly wage for first three months (state minimum), transition to salaried with progressive incentives for nine‑month paid training period.
