Business Analyst; Funding Operations

• Process and reconcile cash accounts, funding sources, and wire transactions accurately
• Monitor treasury inbox, validate payment requests, and support daily operations
• Track and reconcile aged advances and funding account wires
• Generate and review reports to maintain funding accuracy and provide insights
• Document and refine business processes, identifying gaps and recommending efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, funding, financial analysis, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with finance operations or loan-funding platforms
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Prior exposure to finance operations, warehouse lending processes, or mortgage finance workflows
• Strong data management skills and ability to manage recurring and ad hoc reporting with minimal supervision
• Initiative to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with teams and management
