• 4+ years of product management experience with direct experience with a regulated consumer financial company, mortgage experience preferred
• Familiarity with licensed lending operations, including the Truth-in-Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and UDAAP
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with state and federal lending examinations and supporting regulatory reporting requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate user needs into growth opportunities
• Business acumen to prioritize and advocate for work that balances conversion, efficiency, and investment decision quality
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to make informed decisions; experience with tools like Heap, Tableau, or similar platforms a plus
• Self-awareness and time management skills to balance multiple projects at once and know when to ask for help

Our team is what makes us great. The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $175,000, depending on your experience, skills, location, and other factors. You'll also receive meaningful equity, so you can share in our growth and success.
