Trissential is seeking an Epicor P21 Configuration Specialist – Finance to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in configuring, optimizing, and supporting P21 financial modules. • Configure and maintain P21 financial modules:
  General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
• Set up and maintain chart of accounts, posting rules, fiscal calendars, and accounting controls
• Ensure accurate integration between operational modules and the general ledger
• Identify automation opportunities and improve financial workflows within P21
• Partner with Finance leadership to align configurations with GAAP and audit requirements
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, revenue recognition, and cost accounting
• Act as the P21 financial SME for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs within P21 or BI tools

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Epicor Prophet 21 financial modules
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP‑driven workflows
• Experience in multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments for distribution or manufacturing
• Ability to translate financial requirements into effective ERP configurations
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• SQL and P21 reporting experience

• Experience with BI tools for financial reporting
• Exposure to process automation within ERP systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred

• Competitive Compensation – $60–$85 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market‑based rates by geography
