Payroll Tax Filing Specialist

Future Care Consultants is seeking a Payroll Tax Filing Specialist to join our growing tax compliance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, deadlines, and process improvement.

• Manage and process payroll tax filings for multiple jurisdictions, including federal, state, and local agencies.
• Prepare and submit periodic (monthly, quarterly) and annual payroll tax returns accurately and on time.
• Reconcile payroll tax accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with IRS and state tax regulations.
• Research and resolve tax notices from federal, state, and local agencies.
• Utilize Master Tax software to prepare, file, and monitor tax submissions.
• Collaborate with internal payroll, accounting, and HR teams to ensure alignment across all filings.
• Stay up to date on tax law changes and filing requirements.

• 2+ years of experience in payroll tax filing or payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements.
• Experience with Master Tax software (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
