• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Manage cash flow, including monitoring and forecasting requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of year‑end accounts and liaise with auditors as needed.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.

• A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or be working towards one.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams.
