Senior HFT Trader - Remote

We are seeking an experienced High‑Frequency Trader (HFT) with a proven track record of at least 10 years across multiple strategies and asset classes. The successful candidate will join our global trading team, driving profitable execution, strategy innovation, and market impact while collaborating with quant developers and technology teams.

• Design, implement, and manage high‑frequency trading strategies across equities, derivatives, FX, or other relevant asset classes.
• Monitor, optimize, and enhance trading algorithms to ensure speed, accuracy, and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, software engineers, and other traders to improve execution and strategy performance.
• Conduct rigorous risk analysis and maintain strong adherence to risk management protocols.
• Analyze market microstructure, trading patterns, and performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
• Mentor junior traders and contribute to a high‑performance trading culture.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance standards across all trading activities.

• Minimum 10 years of HFT trading experience with a demonstrable track record of performance.
• Deep knowledge of multiple trading strategies (market making, statistical arbitrage, trend following, etc.) and asset classes.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, latency management, and execution optimization.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Java) and familiarity with trading platforms and APIs.
