Finance Business Partner

The role:

Provide finance business partnering and day-to-day support to senior managers and budget holders Produce monthly and year-end accounts, reports, and financial analysis Support budget setting, forecasting, variance analysis, and year-end outturns Deliver expert financial advice on service changes, efficiencies, and costings Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and audit requirements Prepare statutory, assurance, and management reporting returns Support continuous improvement and provide financial training to non-finance managers

The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
Part-qualified accountant with foundation-level exams completed (recognised professional body) Minimum 2 years' accounting/finance experience, including at least 1 year in financial management or management accounts Proven experience in budget reporting, supporting budget holders, and annual budget setting Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external partners Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel Experience using financial systems, including accounting ledgers and budgetary control systems What's in it for you?:
