Role Description
We are hiring for a full-time Telecaller role with a hybrid working arrangement, where the candidate will be based in Delhi, OH, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, providing loan-related advisory and assistance, answering queries, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include following up with potential leads, updating client information in the database, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in data entry, multilingual communication, and managing client records effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial products, loan processes, and market trends is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently in a team environment.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or customer service are an asset.
